From day one you will have on the job training which will help you to develop your skills to a higher level. Your progression will be based on your performance, if you hit your targets you will become a senior recruitment consultant within a year.

Your role as a recruitment consultant:

• Developing and maintaining business with potential and new clients


• Sourcing and screening candidates


• Arranging and attending interviews


• Negotiating offers of employment and deals


• Head-hunting new candidates and clients
