Recruitment Consultant – 360 role – Commercial – 9am – 5:30pm – Competitive Basic Salary – 20 days holiday with the option to increase to 25 plus bank holidays – £50,000 reachable OTE – based by Bromley South Station – short walk to the shopping centre.

We are now looking to expand our current team by adding a new Commercial 360 Consultant to our close-knit team. We cover all areas of Commercial Recruitment from Office Support to Sales Managers and from Media and Marketing to IT and Finance, to name but a few.

Each of our consultants has an area that they specialise in, however as a small team, we all delve in to the strange requests we sometimes get from our clients! We have a real team-spirit and all help each other out when help is needed. We have a large network of clients and this provides us with a steady stream of positions that keep us busy, but we are really looking for someone who can bring something special to the table and engage with new clients to secure new business.

We believe in quality over quantity which means we do not work to KPIs or have set phone times, we just ask that you do what you need to do to find the high quality candidates that we know are out there! We have an excellent commission structure with an uncapped, high earning potential. Due to our working hours, each of our team mates has a great work life balance – of course, there will be times when an early morning or a late night are necessary, but we make it fun!
