They currently have Data / Databases controlled by various departments across the organisations and they are now looking for a talented Database Manager to centralise this and expand it. You will lead the implementations of an analytical and reporting’s tools to help expand the charities growth.
As the Database Manager you will have the reasonability to lead on the strategical development of the data technology stack that will help expand the supporter data. You will have the chance to build and develop a team around you to help grow the database and move into a more strategical role. Skills required for the Database Manager are:
– Excellent knowledge on a fundraising CRM (Raiser Edge, Care, Dynamics, Salesforce or any other CRM)
– Brilliant communicator with the ability to deal with various senior stakeholders
– Able to build and contribute to strategical data developments
– Knowledge on reporting / analytical tools
