Who will you be working for?

You will be working for a specialist recruitment agency providing contract, interim and permanent resource for the Accountancy & Finance, Non-clinical Healthcare and Technology sectors. As an independent consultancy, the company delivers a personalised and high quality service to both clients and candidates.

What will your role as Graduate Recruitment Consultant include?

• Winning new clients


• Negotiating terms of contract


• Calling and meeting clients


• Developing client relationships


• Sourcing candidates


• Interviewing and shortlisting candidates


• Preparing candidates for interviews


• Matching candidates with businesses


• Chasing feedback after interviews for both parties


• Closing deals

• Ideally have a 2:1 degree or above and a track record of achievement throughout his/her life
