Residential Recruitment Consultant – Cordant Care – London

Location – Stratford (London)

Type – Permanent

Salary – £18,000 – £24,000 (potential increase for experience)

Commission – Uncapped OTE + End of year bonus scheme

Training – Full training from our in-house Learning and Development team

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Residential Care Recruitment Consultant. There is already an existing client base but business development will be an important focus of your role.

This Cordant Care will provide a fantastic opportunity for career progression in the next 12-24 months due to the rapid progression plans.

You’ll be expected to provide a Residential Care recruitment solution to a number settings, understanding your clients needs in order to provide a tailored and compliant solution to build new business. At the same time, you’ll strive to develop your existing relationships with our clients through constant high levels of service.

Essential to this role will be the ability to build great relationships with your candidates in order to rapidly fulfil multiple, contrasting shifts. There are existing compliant and working nurses which the successful applicants will inherit to aid their early success levels.

Role and Responsibilities:

• You will manage your own desk, taking ownership for your portfolio of business clients and Residential Nurses, Carers and Support Workers


• You will engage with other branches across the Cordant Care network to support and mould both your development and those around you


• You will be committed to delivering exceptional service to your clients, establishing Cordant Care Recruitment as “the agency of choice”


• Comply to compliant and conscious of ever evolving legislation


• Managing an existing database of Residential Nurses, ensuring the Cordant Care Recruitment brand is professionally represented at all times


• Focusing on calculated new business contacts to development a strong business relationship


• Liaising with the branch manager to structure innovative ways to improve the business

The ideal individual will be experienced in Health and Wellbeing recruitment. However, if you possess excellent communication skills, are highly organised and have the ability to learn quickly then please do apply as experience is not vital.
