OVERVIEW

This is a great opportunity to join one of the world’s best data science companies. You will be joining a team whose backgrounds stretch from machine learning, artificial intelligence, statistics and development/engineering. As a unit you will be providing advanced solutions to inherently complex analytical problems for a number of clients in a range of different sectors; such clients include tech giants, companies in financial services, automotive and aerospace engineering sectors (among others!).

THE ROLE

As an Analytics Engineer you will work closely with Data Scientists and Data Engineers, creating elegant code in Scala and Spark for production/operational purposes.

YOUR SKILLS

As a Machine Learning Engineer you will need:

• Commercial experience coding from scratch in Scala, Java, C++ or Python


• Knowledge of tools like Hadoop, Spark, SQL, NoSQL, AWS, Hive/Kafka


• An MSc in Computer Science, Mathematics, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning or a related field


• In-depth knowledge of software engineering principles
