To be considered for this Secondary SEN Teaching Assistant role you must have previous experience working in a SEN provision or be a resolute and personable graduate who has already held a paid or volunteer role where you supported SEN children and has the skills to bring a positive attitude to the classroom. You must show the ability to ensure that your students are receiving enough encouragement to stay focused and achieve well.
