Person Specification for SEN Teaching Assistant
To be considered for this Secondary SEN Teaching Assistant role you must have previous experience working in a SEN provision or be a resolute and personable graduate who has already held a paid or volunteer role where you supported SEN children and has the skills to bring a positive attitude to the classroom. As a Secondary SEN Teaching Assistant you should possess an ability to develop the minds of pupils in all matters. You must show the ability to ensure that your students are receiving enough encouragement to stay focused and achieve well.
