Talent Officer



The role:

*Providing a point of contact for all of their talent delegates and offering support and welfare advice
*Liaising with Store Managers, senior leaders and fellow members of the HR team
*Developing the programmes, training plans and personal development plans
*Identifying development areas within others and supporting delegates to reach their goals
*Developing and facilitating events and workshops
*Contributing towards succession planning for the business
*Identifying talent and potential delegates as well as supporting the recruitment process for their external programme
*Maintaining talent records


The Person:


*Ideally six months experience in a similar role or within a L&D function
*Confidently able to communicate at all levels
*Comfortable with liaising at all levels across the business
*Adaptable, happy to work at pace and with a number of changing priorities
*Passionate about the development of others
