Are you a successful Sales Executive or Business Development Manager looking for a new challenge?

Established in 1986 Alchemis is the leading New Business Development Consultancy for marketing, creative and communication agencies. We now employ over 20 people in the heart of London’s West End and work with clients all over the UK.

Due to continuing business success and growth we have a fantastic opportunity available for a Business Development Manager to join our team in London.

Business Development Manager key responsibilities:

– Account manage a portfolio of 5 or 6 marketing clients
– Arranging new business meetings for your clients to attend
– Meet your clients regularly to review campaign successes
– Calling marketing decision makers on behalf of your clients to generate quality appointments
– Managing client relationships

The ideal Business Development Manager:

– Has a passion to deliver a consistently high standard of customer service
– Minimum of twelve months experience working in a comparable outbound phone-based sales environment
– Demonstrates a proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
– Takes personal responsibility for performance and lead development
– Has bags of personality and takes pleasure in dealing with customers
– Shows excellent telephone communication skills

We offer the finest training around and provide unstinting support and encouragement. You’ll receive a highly competitive salary with a performance related bonus. Work hard and you will be rewarded. Initial basic salary is between £24,000 and £30,000 depending on ability and experience, but some of our most successful BDMs are earning much more.
