This newly created position will allow you to manage your own caseload as well as acting on sales, purchases and lettings of commercial property for a range of clients. You will have autonomy within the role to make decisions and develop new processes that will improve business efficiency.

Skills and responsibilities

Ideally 3 years’ experience of working within Commercial Property as a Solicitor or Legal Executive

Experience in acquiring and disposing of freehold and leasehold premises

Experience in negotiating commercial leases and acting for property developers

Used to dealing with domestic plot sales and leases of multi-occupied commercial premises
