Customer Service Administrator

We are currently recruiting for a full time CustomerServiceAdministrator to join a busy team at a well-established and growing organisation. The role will involve supportingcustomer’s by phone as well as general administration so it is essential that you have experience within customerservice.


Duties will include:
– Dealing with enquiries over the phone
– Outbound calls to internal and external customers to deal with existing specific serviceissues
– Processing supporting administration
– Allocating, re-allocating and entering new information where required


Working hours are Monday to Friday either 8:30am-5pm or 9am-5:30pm.
