EXPERIENCED Recruitment Consultant - Up to 40 commission

Premier Group Recruitment are a renowned IT, Media and Engineering Recruitment Consultancy with offices in London, Manchester, Reading and Birmingham.

We are looking for Experienced Recruitment Consultants from any sector to join our growing business and hit the ground running.

Do you have 12 months plus recruitment experience? Are you money motivated? Are you career driven? Are you looking to earn a six figure salary? If you just answered yes to all three questions then Premier has the perfect opportunity for you.

Basic Salary: £19,000 to £23,000 plus up to 40% commission

Competitive Commission Structure with the following OTE potential:

• 1st Year OTE: £50,000 plus


• 2nd Year OTE: £75,000 plus


• 3rd Year onwards OTE: £100,000 plus

Incentives include:

Your job as a Recruitment Consultant will include…

• Resourcing and calling candidates.


• Lead generation and gathering market intelligence


• Writing and posting job adverts.


• Building relationships and calling clients


• Qualifying job specifications


• Placing candidates on client sites.
