Who are we?

The former Aerodrome hotel has a well loved heritage in Surrey, being originally built in 1928 to serve the airport. It has a stunning contemporary lobby, relaxing lounge bar and Brasserie as well as fully equipped meeting and conference facilities.

Hallmark Hotel Croydon offers a wide selection of rooms including the stylish Amy Johnson Suite. The 5 function rooms are well equipped and can cater for up to 170 delegates.

What are we looking for?

We currently have an exciting opportunity to join the team as a Food and Beverage Manager.

The successful Food & Beverage Manager will be required to manage the restaurant/bar ensuring exceptional service and presentation of all aspects of food & beverage to guests whilst making certain that they receive the highest possible standards of customer care at all times.

You will also be responsible for recruitment; departmental budgets, wage control, training, sales, rostering, managing holidays, departmental communication, departmental health & safety and duty management.

The perfect Food & Beverage Manager will either have experience in a similar role or be a fantastic number two waiting for their first opportunity, either way they must have a passion for hospitality and customer service, an outgoing personality and excellent communication and organisational skills.
