General Manager needed for a high volume busy site paying up to £40,000 plus bonus

I am searching for a General Manager to lead and motivate the team at a high volume restaurant. The brand is cool and quirky and serves breakfast, lunch and dinner and has been very busy since opening a few years ago.

As General Manager you will be responsible for all aspects of the business and require very hands on approach. The business has just opened a third site after the enormous success of the first two and this General Manager role will be at the flagship site.
