The Opportunity:

Reporting to Head of Talent Management, your role will involve hiring graduates into our innovative Graduate Scheme, helping to manage our team of Business Consultants, publicising their progress on social media platforms, building relationships with the UK’s leading universities and managing trainees through our training programme. We are looking for a confident and ambitious individual with excellent communications skills. Your role will grow with the company and you will quickly have the opportunity to take on more responsibility with a view to taking a management role within 12 months.

Role and Responsibilities:

One of the services offered by Vantage Point is our innovative AdVantage programme. Through this programme we employ smart graduates, train them up in all aspects of capital markets and place them as consultants working on client site at a leading Investment Bank. Your role will see you managing applications and taking applicants through the recruitment process in order for them to join the company. You will also be responsible for buildingmanaging relationships with universities and other institutions in order to increase the number of applicants we receive from graduates and increase brand awareness in the graduate community.
