My client is a market leading global digital recruitment consultancy, working with clients

ranging from Global Digital Leaders to start-ups and SMEs. They are currently seeking an enthusiastic, driven internal recruitment apprentice to assist with internal hiring of entry level Sales/Recruitment talent. They have grown rapidly and are currently launching new offices in Dubai and NY.

Role Overview

As an internal recruiter, you will source and identify new candidates to work for your company. This Apprenticeship is suitable for someone who is looking to start a career in sales/recruitment but has little or no experience. This role would be best suited to recent school/college/sixth form leavers looking for a change in their career path. Due to the nature of the Apprenticeship, full training will be provided over the 12 month period of your contract with the opportunity to advance to a full time role within the company.

Duties

• Help run graduate assessment days


• Interviewing potential candidates both face to face and by telephone


• Sourcing candidates from LinkedIn, Job boards and from their existing database


• Once training is provided, to headhunt inactive candidates within their market


• To assist the Group Head of Internal Recruitment wherever needed


• General administration duties
