We are an international PR agency specialising in working with high-growth tech businesses all over the world. Our team is growing fast and is currently split between three leading start-up hubs: London, Berlin and New York, with plans to open more soon. About you:


We are looking for an experienced and lively PR Account Director with significant agency experience to support our growing London team. You’ll have spent at least five years delivering B2B or B2C campaigns for technology clients within the UK and across Europe, with a proven track record of driving impactful results and developing organic growth opportunities across your client base.


A commercial instinct is crucial. You’ll be working directly with the management teams of fast growing VC-backed startups, so understanding how PR can support a client’s business objectives is critical. You’ll enjoy a fast paced environment where you get to work with some inspirational people from a variety of different professional backgrounds. You will understand and be passionate the entrepreneurial mind-set. With the opportunity to travel for client meetings and new business, you’ll be keen to immerse in other cultures and gain access to interesting businesses from around the world.


PR Account Director Key Responsibilities:


– Take ownership of account delivery across key agency accounts – including co-ordination of both domestic and international delivery teams
– Build strong client relationships to ensure that communication is consistent and well-structured in order to ensure we are always work to achieve the client’s objectives
– Lead quarterly and annual client review meetings and drive development of creative ideas that you will pitch to clients alongside the wider team
– Play a role in the development of new services and have a say in the direction of key campaigns
– Help bring new business into the business: play a key role in credentials and pitches
– Deliver exceptional campaign that exceed client expectations whilst remaining profitable
– Inspire, motivate and mentor the junior team in London, taking part in training and development in partnership with the Board
