Intuition Recruitment is an independently owned agency based in central London, we work with many of the UK’s leading business’s and provide them with outstanding recruitment solutions.


Due to exciting growth plan’s we have an excellent opportunity for an ambitious and talented 360’ recruiter to join us here in our 5* luxurious offices.


General responsibilities


  • Adhere and maximise set targets and KPI’s.

  • Manage the end to end recruitment process.

  • Book and attend client meetings.

  • Take vacancy details from new and existing clients.

  • Source and generate new business.

  • Maintain and build key client relationships.

  • Negotiate agency rates.

  • Create, build and maintain a talent pool of candidates.

  • Match candidates to suitable jobs and headhunt for specialist roles.

  • Adhere to compliance and recruitment best practises.

  • Networking via LinkedIn and other platforms.

Requirements


  • A passion for recruitment industry.

  • 12+ months experience.

  • Proven track record and success in recruitment.

  • Excellent presentation and organisation skills.

  • Commercial awareness.

  • Excellent stakeholder and relationship management.

  • A strong work ethic, self-motivation and drive to succeed.

  • Confident and resilient.

  • Be motivated and hungry for success.

  • Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines.

  • Be credibility and possess business acumen.
