Duties of a recruitment consultant:
Developing new and existing business opportunities via cold calling, sales meetings and presentations and networking
Winning new business by selling Sovereign & Bale’s services
Growing our candidate database and again selling and marketing the services of Sovereign & Bale to meet expectations
Ensure company financial growth through individual and team targets
Skills
- Excellent client relationships
- Negotiation skills
- Candidate rapport
- Excellent communication skills both face to face and via the telephone
- Previous experience in sales is essential
- Commercial awareness
- Extensive knowledge and experience of Word and Excel
