Restaurant Floor Managers for High Profile London Opening

One of London’s leading restaurant businesses will be opening a stunning new restaurant and bar operation in Central London at the beginning of next year and is currently looking for exceptional industry professionals to join there friendly team as Floor Managers.

The business will be spread over three floors and will consist of a large brasserie style restaurant serving modern British cuisine, a more refined gastronomic restaurant, three bar areas and two fully covered and heated outside areas.

As a Floor Manager you would be responsible for running the fast paced service on one of the three floors, each floor will be capable of sitting over one hundred covers at any time.

Working alongside the senior management team you will be responsible for running all aspects of service whilst on shift, you will ensure that your team is well trained and motivated consistently delivering the informed but informal service experience that is at the corner stone of the business. You will also be clearly identifiable as the manager on the floor, dealing with any issues that arise supporting the team and greeting regular and VIP customers.

The ideal candidate will be working as a Floor Supervisor or above within a large high volume London restaurant and be a real people person with a passion for working on the floor, staff training and customer service.
