Sales and Marketing Manager

London-based Canaan Holiday is an established travel agent and tour operator with years of experience in the travel industry. Canaan’s expertise lies in UK inbound tours, international travel and related services. It serves tourists from the world, with most of its Far East customers from Mainland China, Hong Kong & Macao, Singapore and Malaysia. Our experienced team is always on hand to resolve any issues that you might have about your travels. Canaan Holiday is now hiring to maintain our service levels. We are looking for a Sales and Marketing Manager to help us with the development of the firm.

Responsibilities:

• To manage marketing campaigns aimed at potential clients in Mainland China, Hong Kong, Macau, Singapore so as to expand our existing business in the far east market;


• Liaise with business development manager and other senior staff to determine the services that need to be provided, research client’s requirements in order to analyse sales strategy requirements necessary;


• Recruit, train and manage junior sales staff


• Produce reports and recommendations concerning marketing and sales strategies for senior management, analyse sales figures and update on success rate on above campaigns to the senior staff;


• Research market trends and keep up to date with products and competitors.

What we expect from you:

Bachelor or above Degree in business, finance, economics (Preferred)

International Sales Experience (Required)

Strong Communication Skills (Required)

Negotiation skills (Required)

Strong organization and time keeping skills (Required)

Fluency in basic IT (Required)

Fluent in English, Mandarin (Cantonese an advantage but not necessary)
