Job Title: Senior Sales Negotiator

Location: Fulham & Chelsea

Requirements: A minimum of 18 months Residential Sales expereince

Salary: Basic £20,000 + OTE £80,000 (Can be achieved in year 1)

Henderson Royce Property Recruitment is seeking a money hungry, target driven and hardworking sales negotiator to join a market leading estate agency in our clients Fulham & Chelsea office.

The succesful candidade will be a self motivated and well-presented individual with a strong background in customer service. This role is a fantastic chance to excel within a busy team in a great location of London. Personality is key as they have a fun and lively environment.

The role will involve qualifying potential buyers, identifying their needs and matching them to suitable properties. A typical day will include; a team meeting, viewing properties, negotiating offers and liaising with solicitors and mortgage brokers and delivering the highest levels of customer service to buyers and vendors.

As a team player, you’ll need the following skills and experience:

• Proven success in meeting and exceeding sales targets


• The ability to negotiate


• Sound business ethics


• Tenacity and be a self-starter


• The ability to build and nurture trusted relationships at all levels
