They currently have 1 AA Rosette and are really pushing for 2AA Rosettes so a great chance for a Sous chef to 1-2AA Rosette level to utilise everything they have learnt so far to achieve this.

Joining a restaurant with Rosettes is one thing however being part of a team to achieve Rosettes is a massive credibility boost on your CV.

Catering up to 180 covers a days on A La Carte menu with great scope to put own ideas to the menu.
