£30,000 + commission


We’re seeking a talented, Spanish speaking Account Manager, looking to work for a thriving international events company in the heart of London!


Are you a customer-focused Account Manager with proven experience working in an international business environment? This is a fantastic opportunity for a passionate, entrepreneurial and bi-lingual individual to flourish in a high-energy, exciting environment.


Our client is a renowned, international B2B events and exhibitions company, committed to outstanding events content and delivering operational excellence for all visitors and exhibitors.


Reporting to the Head of Sales, your key focus will be on identifying, converting and managing Spanish clients across the company’s portfolio, driving sponsorship and exhibition sales, in addition to raising and maintaining our client’s revered brand profile in the market.


Key responsibilities


Sales: Selling a range of solutions to existing clients, as well as new business prospects. Successfully achieving and/or exceeding specified individual and event targets and performance objectives.


Customer focus: Managing and nurturing existing customer relationships throughout the show cycle to ensure optimum satisfaction; demonstrating the event’s value to the client and tracking their perception of value.


Business Development: Building account plans for all key/growth accounts to identify opportunities and how to achieve full revenue potential. Keeping up to date with trends and current issues.


Project Management: Ensuring all customer and account information is recorded accurate and finding ways to engage and unite colleagues and customers when times are rough.
