Our client is an industry leading legal recruitment firm based in the heart of London. They work with some of the biggest Law firms in the country including a number of Magic Circle firms. Our client has three specialist teams who recruit legal professionals for Private Practice, In-House and Interim roles. Each team works towards monthly targets, with rewards and incentives for those top performers including Lunch clubs, team drinks and company holidays (all expenses paid!).

Not only does our client offer a competitive basic salary, but also an UNCAPPED commission structure. How much you earn is completely dependent on how hard you are willing to work, with first year consultants expected to earn up to £40,000. Successful candidates will undergo an intensive 12-week training programme which will help to build an in depth knowledge of the legal recruitment market, including competitors, Magic Circle firms and the overall recruitment process. You will learn how to resource legal professionals through a number of means including writing job adverts, headhunting and cold calling. You will be responsible for managing and conducting interviews with candidates, together with meeting and maintaining relationships with clients. By the end of the training period you’ll be expected to expand our clients network and cement your presence in both the company and the legal recruitment market.
