Our client has three specialist teams who recruit legal professionals for Private Practice, In-House and Interim roles. Not only does our client offer a competitive basic salary, but also an UNCAPPED commission structure. How much you earn is completely dependent on how hard you are willing to work, with first year consultants expected to earn up to £40,000. We want graduates who are money-hungry, self-motivated and have a genuine desire to kick-start their career in the legal recruitment market. Successful candidates will undergo an intensive 12-week training programme which will help to build an in depth knowledge of the legal recruitment market, including competitors, Magic Circle firms and the overall recruitment process. You will learn how to resource legal professionals through a number of means including writing job adverts, headhunting and cold calling. You will be responsible for managing and conducting interviews with candidates, together with meeting and maintaining relationships with clients. By the end of the training period you’ll be expected to expand our clients network and cement your presence in both the company and the legal recruitment market.
