You will get huge amounts of exposure to 2 seasoned recruiters aiding you to get up and running in record time and hence provide high earning opportunity.

Job Title: Graduate / Trainee Recruitment Consultant

Salary: £22k basic plus uncapped commission. 1st yr OTE £50k, 2nd yr £100k

Location: Central London, London Bridge

The Client:

Our client is a run by 2 seasoned recruiters who have in excess of 30 years of recruitment between them. They both were very senior within a global recruitment business that sold for millions in 2013 and now they want to do it all over again. They work in a very niche area of Technology recruitment where they are placing people into Financial Service and Banking. They are already working with the likes of JP Morgan and Credit Suisse that you will get exposure to from day 1.

The Role:

You will be a recruitment consultant from day one meaning you can earn commission immediatley. With so many roles to work, you will be predominately searching for talent via advertising, networking and headhunting. This is rare as most graduates getting into recruitment will spend their time cold calling to generate new business. You will be given one on training and have your hand held throughout the process- very much leaning by doing.

The role of a recruiter is incredibly diverse and no two days are the same. The role can be challenging, involve long hours but the rewards in recruitment can be staggering.

The Package:

As a graduate / trainee recruitment consultant you will receive;

My client is not fussed with academics, rather someone who has the right attitude and hunger to be successful. (That does not say good academics are not valued)! You must be someone who is self-motivated and really wants to build a successful career as a recruitment consultant. You must have good banter and have the confidence to speak with clients and candidates whether that be about the market or the rugby at the weekend.
