Job Title – Administrator (Band 4)

Hospital based. NHS Trust.

Salary – £11.50 per hour

Hours – 3 days per week

length of contract – Three months

Type of role – Temporary- Immediate start.

Our client based in Kensington are an NHS Trust, specialists within their field of expertise, lovely environment close to all amenities and transport, professional, friendly and excellent staff.

We are seeking an excellent administrator band 4 to assist three days per week for three months within their clinical trials research division.

The right candidte will have worked within the NHS previously and have excellent computer skills and good attention to detail. Apart from general administration duties the role will consist of looking after confidential information, assisting with scanning, filing of important documents, keeping the databases up to date and organising the clnical research trials files, assisting with the mail and answering enquiries.

We need someone who is available immediately, has DBS clearence or will be willing to have one obtained. We are looking for someone with excellent computer skills, good customer service, flexibility
