Recruitment Consultant – The Role

As a recruitment consultant, you will be responsible for building a network between candidates and clients in your specialised niche market. You will need to be self-motivated and have a great deal of time-management. The In-Company training will train you to do the following:

• Cold calling to win new business


• Writing adverts


• Screening CV’s


• Interviewing candidates


• Negotiating terms of business


• Maintaining successful client relationships – be it over the phone or in person.
