The college are seeking to recruit an enthusiastic, committed and professional lecturer to deliver the City and Guilds qualifications in Electrical Installation at Levels 1-3.

The role is full time hours with options of both a permanent contract with the college or an ongoing contract via agency.
You should have proven experience within the Electrical Installation Industry and be able to evidence effective teaching, learning and assessment on Electrical Installation qualifications.

You would be expected to use a variety of learning strategies, and provide students with appropriate support in accordance with the programme and individual requirements.

You must have a relevant Electrical Installation Qualification at level 3 and a recognized teaching qualification, or the willingness to achieve this. Literacy and Numeracy, at or above Level 2, is also needed.

Requirements:

The successful candidate for this position will have:

* A UK recognized teaching qualification, such as a PGCE, DTLLS, Cert Ed, or similar equivalent

* Assessor qualification preferable

* Experience delivering the subject area or working with young people

* At least 3 years industry experience minimum

* An in-date CRB/DBS check
