The role of the Health and Wellbeing Facilitator is pivotal to supporting our clients progress closer to meaningful and sustainable employment.

Overview of role : As a Health and Wellbeing Facilitator you will support clients to better manage their health and wellbeing to support their return to appropriate work. The role will primarily involve the delivery of health and wellbeing workshops and groups, with some 1:1 interventions.

You will be required to:

empower clients to change their lifestyle behaviours and promote independent management of their general physical, psychological, and social wellbeing; scheduling and deliver health and wellbeing group activities (such as the Exercise and Physical Activity, Healthy Eating, Good Sleep Guide); based on feedback from clients, employment advisors, health advisors and managers; marketing and maximising client engagement for your health and wellbeing group activities;where appropriate conduct 1:1 appointments with clients to assist in improving their general health and wellbeing including a client focused action plan;direct clients to access appropriate self help material related to managing their health and wellbeing; assist with the development of the health and wellbeing service on the Work Programme.You will be expected to show flexibility in travelling to other operations in your delivery area. Normal working hours are 37.5 hours a week working Monday to Friday 9am to 5.30pm.Candidates will have exceptional planning, organising and prioritising skills, with ability to work efficiently and flexibly.
