Sales Administrator - Kinleigh Folkard & Hayward - South Kensington





We are now looking for an organised and well presented sales administrator for our office in South Kensington.

The ideal candidate will be competent at Microsoft Office and able to deal with high volumes of work as well as being based locally to the area, and having proven experience in administration. The role will involve providing support and efficient administration to the whole sales team. A typical day will include; meeting and greeting customers and dealing with enquiries, preparing property details and window displays, completing advertising copy, correspondence, weekly statistics and ensuring excellent presentation of the branch at all times. As a team player, you’ll need the following skills and experience:

Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office

High levels of accuracy and attention to detail

A passion for property and people

Experience in a fast paced administration role

The ability to use your own initiative and be pro-active

Great communication skills
