Team PA – SW1 -complex travel arrangements to organise and overseas client liaison – to £34K + bens – self-assurance and gravitas crucial within this key PA role
Our SW1 London based client is a highly regarded global Financial Services organisation who invests in businesses in developing countries.
They are now seeking a top calibre Team PA to work closely with two other PAs within the Debt Department, (a department which aims to turn around faltering projects), providing administrative and secretarial support to a team of 11.
Reporting to the MD of the Debt Department, you will organise complex travel arrangements; manage ever-changing diaries; edit the content management system; prepare correspondence, presentations and reports; liaise with overseas clients as well as assist in the day-to-day running of the office.
Outstanding communication skills and a proactive attitude are crucial for this PA role. You will require the right mix of resourcefulness, strength of character and self confidence to hold your own in this busy but friendly Executive team.

To succeed within this Team PA opportunity, it is important to have the following:
- Previous PA experience supporting a team of Executives, within a Corporate or Financial Services environment
- Experience organising diaries and detailed and complex travel itineraries
- MS Office skills
- Willingness to embrace new technology
- Highly proactive and self-assured approach
- Ability to work effectively under pressure
- Outstanding communication skills, both written and spoken
- Exemplary organisational talents
- Tact, diplomacy and utmost confidentiality

- Document management including electronic filing
- Making edits to the content management system
- Co-ordinating travel arrangements for the team including booking accommodation, flights, visas, preparing itineraries
- Liaising with overseas clients
- Processing expense claims
- Fielding telephone calls
- Dealing with enquires
- Arranging internal and external meetings
- Arranging conference calls or video conferences with multiple participants across multiple time zones
- Checking departmental emails
- Ensuring the internal database is kept up-to-date
- Preparing correspondence, reports, presentations etc
- Collating briefing papers
- Photocopying, faxing
- Dealing with post
- Arranging couriers
- Greeting visitors and arranging refreshments for meetings
- Answering the main switchboard and covering reception when required
- Covering for other team PAs and also for the EA to CEO
