Operating in association with John Paul (the world’s leading concierge group), LUXIOS serves many of the wealthiest individuals globally, 24/7 providing expert personal shopping support, offering inspired gift suggestions, trusted recommendations and arranging VIP appointments to introduce members directly to our numerous and globally renowned luxury partner brands.
The Role
We are seeking experienced and highly motivated Personal Shoppers to join our team and to share in our continued success.
You will look after a small group of high net worth members and take care of their ongoing day-to- day purchasing requirements. This is a highly varied role including the sourcing and purchasing of products and services, coming up with inspired gift suggestions, making same day purchases on behalf of our members and arranging VIP appointments.
The role is full-time and you will have the option of normal working hours or staggered shifts from time to time.
Candidates
Suitable candidates will be passionate about the luxury sector and have exceptional interpersonal skills.
You will be able to demonstrate a consistent track record of delivering exceptional service to this highly demanding audience. You will be engaging directly with members either on a reactive or proactive basis, responding to key events such as anniversaries or birthday reminders or making initial contact with members where you will be introducing the full scope of our personal shopping services for the first time.
Key responsibilities include;
- Researching and sourcing virtually any luxury product or service
- Generating inspired gift suggestions for upcoming events such as birthdays, anniversaries or celebrations
- Develop and maintaining relationships with this highly demanding audience
- Liaising with our brand partners to source and purchase items on behalf of members
- Arrange VIP appointments for members to meet with and experience their chosen brands
To be successful in this role you will:
- Be professional, likeable and have excellent interpersonal skill
- Be highly organized and motivated by delivering positive outcomes for members
- Have a luxury retail, hospitality, concierge or event organisation background
- Have a genuine passion for luxury products and the finer things in life
- Additional languages would be an advantage
