3rd Line Infrastructure Engineer - Windows & Hyper-V

My client’s a young dynamic MSP that specialises in the creative sector. Due to continued growth and expansion they now require a 3rd Line Infrastructure Engineer to join their support team.

On a day to day basis you will be resolving technical issues that have been escalated though the service desk, as well as project based work.

The technical environment that you will be supporting will predominantly be Windows 2008 and 2012 along with Hyper-V.

Your technical skills should also include experience of Active Directory, DHCP, Powershell, Exchange, VPN, TCP/IP and general networking.

You will be also supporting various cloud based solutions including Office 365 and Google Apps.

You should be personable yet professional and eager to develop your career and be commercially aware. In return they can offer you the opportunity of working in a fun young environment and exposure to the latest technology.
