The Role
There is an opportunity for a client liaison advisor to assist in managing key client relationships.
The client liaison advisor will join a small team in London, whose function is to manage key client relationships for the business, and deal with any client queries via the phone, email and face-to-face. This function is vital in maintaining an excellent standard of service to clients in the KYC space. The client liaison advisor will be dealing with compliance professionals and MLROs within a set group of client businesses, and queries will mostly relate to policy.

The ideal candidate
The ideal candidate will have a few years’ experience in KYC, within a BAU environment in a bank or another FS institution. There will have been a client facing element to their experience as this is vital for this role.
The client liaison advisor will have:
- 3 years’ minimum KYC experience, ideally within financial services
- Strong client-facing skills and experience
- An eagerness to learn
- A strong desire to continue working within financial services
- Experience of working with compliance, financial crime or AML teams is highly desirable
