We are currently seeking currently seeking a Clinical Lead to assist in the leadership and management of nursing care within an excellent care home in Wanstead, London (51 beds).

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring clinical excellence in the home and leading a team of care staff to ensure the delivery of an excellent standard of care, which promotes independence and dignity and positively enhances the lives of individuals in our care, reducing Health & Safety risks and keep up to date with all current standards, displaying exceptional people management skills by creating and leading a team of willing and dedicated staff identifying strengths and weaknesses within, developing staff through supervision and mentorship, providing and keeping up to date with relevant training.

Relevant Qualifications & Experience:

• Qualified Registered General Nurse (RGN) with valid NMC Pin


• People leadership experience


• Knowledge of the care standards and other regulatory bodies (CQC)


• Excellent communication skills


• Be commercially aware


• Be able to establish and maintain relationships with colleagues and key professionals


• Experience providing nursing care in an elderly and dementia setting


• A passion for elderly care and clinical excellence

This role does involve working in an environment with elderly clientele. A kind, respectful and caring attitude must be upheld at all times.
