Business Development Manager - HR Recruitment

Business Development Manager – HR Recruitment. Based City of London.
Salary 32500 to 35000.

Macmillan Davies is one of the longest-established specialist HR recruitment consultancies in the UK, with expertise in every sector, including financial services, technology and communications, retail, and professional and business services. We have a need to recruit a business development manager to join our busy team in our London office.

Working closely with the senior 3rd sector recruitment team you will work on various projects around sales strategies and the setting of sales targets within this sector. Other responsibilities will include:
*Running of and leading on HR recruitment projects within the non for profit sectors
*Writing and posting of adverts
*Preparing proposals and marketing campaigns
*Offering advice & guidance to candidates at shortlist & interview stage
oliaising with other senior staff to determine the range of recruitment services to be sold
odiscussing client’s requirements and prepares proposals for recruitment campaigns and activities
ohandling customer accounts; and
okeeping up to date with products and competitors.

You will need to be a self-starter and self-efficient, business development is key with in this role. You will have experience of recruiting in a number of areas including HR, pensions or operations would be beneficial.

Hours are 0900 to 1730 Monday to Friday. Applications close 4th Feb 2016
