Marketing Manager for high-end Central London Developer

Experienced marketing manager required for a leading residential property development company based in Central London. This extremely successful property company offers ongoing career development in a supportive and friendly environment.

The role requires the successful applicant to manage complete end-to-end marketing strategy for a portfolio of London developments of different budgets with different target audiences. With support from the head of department, you will create and implement online and offline strategy from inception to completion, supported by an executive. Working closely with the sales team, you will monitor the success of campaigns and constantly re-evaluate and create innovative ways of working.

We are looking for a creative, forward thinking and enthusiastic individual who can adhere to guidelines and work well within a team but also challenge traditional ways of working. You must enjoy creating fresh ideas and be able to demonstrate a genuine enthusiasm for the property industry.

Experience within property is essential, as is a minimum of 4 years in a marketing role. Based in Central London, this is a Monday to Friday role paying £50,000.
