The company
You will join a fast -growing specialist recruitment firm that provides senior executives to banking and finance clients. The company is looking for career linguists who are looking to work in a consultative environment where you will forge solid , sustainable relationships with both clients and very senior level candidates who are based in Holland.

This is NOT a classic ” hard sell” environment, but a role where long term relationships are valued. You will help drive the careers of your Dutch speaking candidates forward and in doing so, will drive forward your own career!

Duties:
*You will be fully trained on a 10 week classroom based programme which will involve learning about your specific markets and how to effectively manage the recruitment life-cycle . You will have the opportunity to become a genuine specialist in your particular market
*Travel to Holland every 6 weeks for up to 4 days to visit clients and meet candidates
*Business development calls ( outbound) to existing clients and also to new clients, as well as Dutch candidates
*Interviewing of candidates ( face to face, via Skype or over the telephone)
*” Matching ” candidate skills to client cultures and requirements
*Presenting to clients on a face to face basis
*Taking down detailed job briefs and introducing the role to candidates who may be interested
*Providing a top notch after-care service to clients and candidates alike
*This is a target driven 360 sales/relationship management role

Requirements:

Dutch to mother tongue standard, fluent English
