Receptionist Apprenticeship - IMMEDIATE START

My client is a class-leading, well established IT recruitment company based in Central London. They are seeking a professional, well-mannered receptionist to manage the reception desk and welcome candidates and clients, in a professional manner.

Job Duties

• Managing the reception desk in a professional manner


• Welcoming candidates and clients alike, showing them to the respective meeting room and ensuring that they have all necessary documentation


• Managing the meeting room diaries and booking out the meeting rooms for the relevant consultants


• Answering incoming phone calls and redirecting/gatekeeping/taking messages as requested.


• Collecting post and distributing the post accordingly


• Formatting candidates CV’s into the CRM system before distributing to the relevant teams
