Our client is currently looking for a Residential Lettings Valuer to join their office in Fulham.

Job details for the Residential Lettings Valuer

• Carrying out market appraisals

• Generate new instructions

• Develop and maintain relationships with landlord clients

• Maintain high standards of customer service

• Research and understand local market trends

• Report to the lettings manager

Criteria for the Residential Lettings Valuer Role

• Previous experience of carrying out lettings market appraisals is essential

• Good knowledge of lettings and London market

• Exceptional communication both verbal and written

• Professional manner

• Excellent customer service

• Highly organised and good time management skills
