A Leading City based medical recruitment company based at London Bridge are looking for an experienced Internal Recruiter to join their ever growing company currently at 125 staff and looking to grow to 200 over the next 12 months.
Our client is a fast paced, high end and professional agency looking for a Team leader to join their Internal Recruitment team of 3. This is a superb opportunity for a person looking to further their career within an already established internal recruitment path. The role will involve hiring experienced and talented recruitment consultants to work onsite recruiting within the medical field for such roles as Doctors, Nurses and Healthcare staff. This dynamic role will also involve hiring operational staff for e.g. Accounts and Finance Staff, IT, Managers, Directors etc. This is a fantastic opportunity and would suit an experienced Internal Recruiter and not someone agency side. The successful candidate will have full use of job boards to advertise the open vacancies, but will also need to be experienced with LinkedIn recruiter so they can reach out to make cold approaches to passive candidates with a view to dislodging them from competitors and bringing them over.
Key skills and experience required for this position would be as follows:
- Someone who is able to own the interview process and manage stakeholders
- The ability to manage successful assessment days
- Persuasive in attracting potential candidates to the business, such as entertaining passive candidates out for drinks, coffees etc., to romance them a little if required during the candidate attraction process
- Proven successful internal recruitment career history within a professional services company
- Leadership experience
This in-house recruitment role will be a complete 360 degree position where you will be responsible for all aspects of the recruitment process. You will be experienced in recruitment, and will be confident in liaising with very senior hires and have experience interviewing, sourcing CVs, liaising with internal stakeholders, VPs and more senior members to push back and chase for a timely turnaround.
