The Graduate Recruitment Consultant Role:
You will undergo a 13 stage intensive recruitment training scheme, which will allow you to fine tune your skills and ensure that you are the best you can be. This recruitment training will then lead onto you moving into a consultant role where you will be exposed to big name clients from early on. A lot of the recruitment role will be going to meet with candidates and clients. You will also have your own desk, which you will be able to build up and progress throughout your time at this company. The 360 recruitment consultant role will include screening CV`s, shortlisting appropriate candidates for interviews, preparing candidates for interviews and negotiating the final offer between your candidates and your clients.

The Ideal Graduate for the Graduate Recruitment Consultant Role:
Due to the recruitment role including a lot of face to face meetings with candidates and clients graduates will need to be confident with a good sense of humour. Ideally they are looking for graduates who have played sport competitively and graduates who enjoy socialising after work.
