With an exceptionally busy period coming up, this legal organisation is looking for 2 new candidates to join their team on a 3 month basis. We are in the search for a Scheduling Officer to manage and coordinate the timely and efficient scheduling of events within the company. You will be working with one of the top legal counsels within the medical sector.


Who will you be working for?


Based in the Kennington area of London, this is a quiet and relaxed part of town away from the hustle and bustle of the city. Easily accessible by all forms of transport including bus routes and tube links, the building is an grand olc Victorian building set on the main thoroughfare on Kennington. A few cafes and shops adorn the area as well as other handy local services.


You will be working for a reputable organisation operating within the healthcare sector. They act as legal council to set and maintain standards in healthcare practices around the UK. Our client is committed to protecting the public and offering a first class customer service experience.


What does the role consist of?


The purpose of the role is to coordinate, schedule and manage complex logistical issues and facilitating the fair and efficient progress of all events for the department. This role is to ensure that a high quality of customer service is provided to tall stakeholders including providing witness guidance and support. You will be the first point of contact for all parties during the scheduling of events and hearings. This will involve updating systems and databases.


What will the successful candidate be like?


This role is for someone who has the ability to manage and schedule and organise complex multi party events. You will need to be able to plan, prioritise conflicting requirements under pressure and to meet tight deadlines. You will be operating under strict legislative and procedural limitations so attention to detail is a must.


As you will be communicating with various stakeholders, you need to have excellent communication and written skills, be able to manage relationships effectively and have a knowledge and understanding of working within a procedural framework.
