Infrastructure / Field Engineer

One of my new clients, an IT consultancy with a large client base in London is looking for an enthusiastic and driven IT Support/Field Engineer to join their support team. This position requires someone with an all-round comprehensive knowledge of infrastructure configuration and troubleshooting. Knowledge of both PC and Mac are preferable as well as a good understanding of general desktop and some networking technologies such as Linux, Cisco, Juniper and VoIP. This role is really for the solid all-rounder. Extremely good communication skills are essential for this role as well as an energy and enthusiasm for your work.

• Windows 7 – 8.1


• Active Directory


• Exchange

• VoIP – is a Bonus


• Eager to learn new technologies


• Troubleshooting Issues


• A degree in IT is beneficial


• EXCELLENT communication skills


• No more than 3 years of experience
