This rapidly growing company are looking for two graduates to join their business as trainee managers. The role will offer you exposure in to several different business functions before you move in to a managerial role in one of those areas. To become a manager in this company you will need to understand all aspects of the business and will thus have rotations in some or all of the following departments:

» Production planning

» Purchasing and Buying

» Operations

» HR and Recruitment

» Sales and Marketing

» Merchandising

» Project Management

As well as all the above, you will also have the opportunity to work alongside the business owner on driving initiatives for key projects.

Essential Skills

» A Business, Management or Engineering related degree

» Commercial work experience

» Commercial acumen

» Flexible and dynamic

» Ability to communicate with all levels of a business

» Potential and desire to manage

» Energetic, confident, articulate and motivated

» Keen to contribute new ideas

» Two languages is desirable but not essential
