Systems Implementation Engineer – London – contract – to £400
A Systems Implementation Engineer contract job based in Canary Wharf for one year initially. You need to be security cleared and have come from a support background with strong experience of systems implementation and knowledge of Windows Server, Linux, Visual C++, Oracle, SQL Server and MySQL. You will also need experience with information systems design, development, configuration and implementation, loading and testing software. You need to have a solid understanding of complex networks as you will be integrating up to 4 live systems with 1 backup system. It is essential that you are security cleared. You must be happy to travel worldwide at a moment’s notice for several weeks at a time. Late hours may be required at times as you will be liaising with international contacts.
