Lead Customer Insight Analyst / Grocery Insight Manager

A renowned online supermarket is looking to hire a Lead Customer Insight Analyst / Grocery Insight Manager to work in a small team of analysts within the Marketing, Grocery and Communication team.

What does the role involve :

• Take responsibility for the company’s offline/online marketing campaigns


• Extract, manipulate and analyse data


• Present the results to the Marketing team


• Maintain and develop strategic business reports


• Analyse data for the whole market

Requirements to join:

• Numerate or technical degree from top-tier university – 2 :1 or above, with maths A level grade B or above


• First-class analytical skills, you must be an expert at data mining using SQL, and show good Excel and VBA skills,


• Strong problem-solving skills


• Outstanding communication skills


• Background in FMCG and / or retail – COMPULSORY


• Hardworking and driven
