Technical Co-ordinator

This leading luxury developer is urgently seeking a Technical Co-ordinator to be site based and responsible for one of the residential blocks on an iconic West London development.

The scheme is a large regeneration project made up of 8 blocks of high-rise quality rc framed apartments ranging up to 24 storeys.

Suitable candidates will be expected to manage external consultants.

The role would suit existing Technical Co-ordinators or Design Coordinators from other leading residential developers or contractors. This may even suit those wishing to progress from a Technical Assistant to a Co-ordinator. In addition Project Architects or Technologists running developer based schemes and with a strong residential background would also be considered.

Candidates must be confident in both delivering schemes and be extremely proactive in identifying and resolving technical and design issues as they arise and be able to focus on delivering schemes.

Ideally, the role requires a competent individual with good technical knowledge of high-rise rc framed construction, together with inner City development issues. Candidates must also have the ability to get on with people together with communication and managing multi-disciplined teams.

The salary is negotiable depending on experience.
