Basic c. £20k, OTE £35k plus 25 days holiday, lots of additional incentives, team and individual commission plan, healthcare and pension after qualifying period, clothes allowance. Very sociable environment.

The Person:

Our client are looking for graduate calibre candidates to join their hugely successful recruitment team. As a multi-discipline recruiter, they have a range of desks available for bright, driven and self disciplined individuals. With an ability to build rapport, and an eye for detail, you will need to be capable of prioritising your workload and meeting tight deadlines. With tough targets to hit and a compensation package directly related to your performance, you should be motivated to put the extra work in to ensure your success on a daily basis. This role involves a great deal of business development of cold client relationships, so you will need to be happy to pick up the phone and develop new business.

The Role:

This role will see you undergo a rigorous training scheme in order to help you develop the necessary skills to build a successful career as a Recruitment Consultant. You will be part of a graduate intake who will learn to develop new business over the phone and face to face, negotiate terms and provide the highest level of service at all times. Each desk will require a different knowledge base dependent on the area you specialise in, and will be educated accordingly. This will allow you to identify the relevant candidates for the client base you develop, and also to have a credibility with the client and candidate base. Once you are up to speed with the necessary industry knowledge and ready to build a database, you will be allocated your own client base to develop and be given full responsibility for the 360 recruitment cycle. There onwards, you will be targeted and rewarded based on the revenue you generate.
